TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Although Healthy Hikes' guiding ethos is to allow people from all sorts of backgounds to experience the wonders of walking in the outdoors, we do reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any trip should weather or any other circumstance necessitate this.
Payments:
Full payment is required at time of booking.
Cancellations by You:
All cancellations must be made in writing (via email if preferred). Cancellation fees are charged on the following basis:
Over 21 days prior to walk - full refund will be given.
6 to 20 days prior to walk - 50% refund will be given.
Less than 6 days prior to walk - no refund.
Cancellations by Healthy Hikes:
If walks have to be cancelled by Healthy Hikes then a full refund will be given.
